Accepted Students Week
School of Science

During Accepted Students Week: School of Science, we flip the script on a typical campus visit. Instead of a one-size-fits-all tour, you’ll experience a day intentionally shaped around your academic interests, your questions and your future.

You’ll step into labs connected to your major—whether that’s nursing, biology, chemistry, environmental science, computer science or beyond—and take part in hands-on experiences alongside faculty and current students. Every session is designed to help you see how Siena’s School of Science transforms curiosity into real-world impact, so you can picture yourself here not just as a student, but as a scientist in the making.

(Because seeing it in action changes everything.)

See yourself doing the work

From nursing simulation spaces to biology, chemistry, environmental science and computer science labs, you’ll experience the environments where Siena students learn by doing. This visit helps you picture yourself running experiments, analyzing data, solving real problems and building confidence from day one.

Real science. Real mentors.

At Siena, science classes are taught by faculty, not teaching assistants. During your visit, you’ll engage directly with professors and current students, ask real questions, and see how mentorship, research and hands-on learning are woven into every major—starting as early as your first year.
